Do you want to get in shape like Kelly Ripa (Live! With Regis and Kelly) ? Well I'd love to. And after hearing her rave about Physique 57, I decided to visit their website.
They boast: "the most effective workout system in New York City. Physique 57™ is a vigorous and dynamic exercise method designed to rapidly transform your body"

Physique 57™ is a 57 minute series of exercises that strengthens and stretches every muscle group in the body. Using isometric movements, a ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance, your muscles will become strong, lean and limber.
Their classes are in NYC or in the Hampton's, I cannot attend them. I actually decided to purchase a DVD, Physique 57™ Classic 57 Minute Full Body Workout. It came to around $31 with tax and shipping. I know it seems pricey, but I don't have a gym membership- so I figured I'd treat myself. Plus I really need a change in routine. I walk, and jog, but that gets boring, sometimes I just can't do it (if it's raining or my treadmill's out of order).
They say it'll take 2-3 weeks for delivery. That is a long wait- but I'm excited to try it out. Once I use it I'll post a review. The website says you need some items to complete the work-out:
- chair
- playground ball
