- Take a Vitamin B supplement
- Take in essential fatty acids: Fish oil or flax seed
- Brush your lips with a dry toothbrush to help improve circulation and remove dead skin
- Rub Olive oil on your lips, and use oil in your diet (on salads, as a dip for bread, etc)
If they do not heal up, I recommend seeing a doctor, and getting your iron level checked. If it is below normal you will be given a Iron supplement (be sure only to take what you are recommended).
Other causes of Chapped Lips include:
- Dry Weather
- Licking your lips
- Smoking
- Allergic reaction to lipstick or gloss
