Banish Bad Breath

If you suffer from stinky breath, it may be easily fixed. A condition called Halitosis, which causes bad breath, may need medical attention. Some ailments that may cause bad breath include; gum disease, digestive disorders, diabetes, etc.  Be sure to see you dentist twice a year.

  • Brush and floss regularly
  • Use a tongue scraper
  • Drink plenty of water, dry mouth can cause bad breath
  • Use alcohol free mouth wash, alcohol is drying

Avoid these foods to prevent the unwanted bad breath:
  Garlic               Onion          Pastrami
  Spicy foods                         Fatty foods

Other items that can cause stinky breath: tobacco products, coffee, dairy products, and even certain medications.

Natural Remedies to curb bad breath include chewing on mint leaves, and eating an apple. Also green tea, black tea and white tea contain antibacterial properties that fight bad breath. Chew on sugar free gum to freshen your breath.
