I'm always looking for ways to improve my energy, or lose weight. While shopping in Costco (Price club) I came across a package of a "calorie burning" drink, named Celsius. It really doesn't taste bad, and it definitely gives me energy. It claims to burn up to 100 calories and give you energy slowly over 3 hours. If you are sensitive to caffeine, I would start by only having half a can. When I've taken it without doing exercise, it gives me the jitters, and occasionally a headache. If I take it before exercise I have plenty of energy. I feel like I am sweating more, and giving off more heat. They say to drink up to 3 cans a day, I would never drink more than one can. I feel that one can is enough for me. The only flavor I have tried is Green Tea Raspberry Acai.
